Delivery

As part of Meyna Tekstil, minahamid.com aims to achieve unconditional customer satisfaction in online shopping. Shipping is free for all orders.

Free Shipping

Your orders will be shipped within 7 business days to the registered delivery address. Please check your delivery address before placing your order. We would like to state that we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

According to relevant regulations, during the delivery of shipments by service providers (postal-cargo companies) to the recipient, the recipient's first and last name, Turkish ID number (passport number for foreigners, equivalent document number with international certification) (validity or number of the document used for identification issued by the Republic of Turkey authorities) must be registered and kept confidential for at least two years to be disclosed to relevant authorities if needed. If the recipient does not wish to provide identification information, the cargo will not be delivered and will be returned to the sender.

Return

14-Day Right to Return

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days, except for goods which under mandatory law are excluded from such rights, such as for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed and for the supply of goods made to customer specifications or clearly customized to personal needs. Whether the withdrawal right applies, will be indicated on the product page before completing the order. If it applies, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right, you must inform us first. Then, you can return the products by filling out the return form [BB1] and sending it back with the product. Products must meet the return conditions to be eligible for return.

In the case of installment sales, you can return the product within 7 days by filling out the return form.

Due to hygiene regulations, returns and exchanges cannot be made for corsets, pantyhose, lower underwear, and bikini bottoms, swimsuits, or swimwear with damaged or removed hygiene bands.

On our website, under Membership > My Account > My Orders[BB2] , or for orders placed without membership, under the Order Tracking page, find the relevant order, select the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return, sign the e-invoice that came with your order, and send the product(s) to our return address.

Products to be returned must be packaged completely and undamaged with their box, packaging, and any standard accessories, and delivered to the cargo company.

For returns of orders invoiced to institutions, a "Return Invoice" must be issued; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

To return the product(s) in your order, you must deliver them to DHL Logistics Company with the return code numbered 343922315

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns.


Refund

Once the products you wish to returned reach our warehouse, the return process will be completed within a maximum of 15 business days, and the refund will be processed to your card. When your return request is approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited to the credit card used for the purchase.

The time it takes for the refund to reach your card may vary depending on the internal processes of the relevant bank and delays may occur. We kindly ask you to follow up on these situations with your bank. Additionally, refunds for installment payments are processed as installments according to the bank's procedures.
